Who we are

What we collect

• Details you submit through our enquiry form: your name, phone number (including the country you select), email address if you choose to give one, what you need help with, your residency status, and the short description of your enquiry.
• Technical and campaign data such as your device and browser, IP address, the page you enquired from, and advertising identifiers (for example campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers) used to understand which campaign referred you.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and provide mortgage brokerage services.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.
• To progress a mortgage application with partner banks and lenders, where you ask us to.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.

Our basis for using your data

We process your data because you asked us to help with a mortgage enquiry and gave your consent when submitting the form, and because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a mortgage arrangement. We also process a limited amount of data to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed brokerage. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@thelendingtree.ae; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We share your information with partner banks and lenders to progress your application at your request, and with service providers who help us operate (for example our CRM and communication tools). We do not sell your personal data. Where required, we disclose information to comply with applicable UAE law.

Cookies, analytics and session recording

We use analytics and session-recording tools to understand how visitors interact with our site, including pages viewed, clicks and navigation. These recordings help us improve the page. Text entered into form fields (such as your name, phone number and email) is masked and not captured in readable form.

We also use advertising and conversion-measurement tools to understand which campaigns lead to enquiries, and bot-protection services to keep our forms free from automated spam. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device.

Some of these providers process and store data outside the UAE. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely and in line with applicable data-protection requirements.

Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and regulatory obligations, and we apply appropriate measures to protect it.
