About our service
THE LENDING TREE COMMERCIAL BROKERS L.L.C (License No. 772091 · Registration No. 1260548) is a licensed UAE mortgage brokerage. We help you compare and arrange home finance through partner banks and lenders. We are a broker, not a lender, and we do not make lending decisions.
No guarantee of approval or rate
Any rates, amounts, timelines or eligibility shown are indicative only and subject to your circumstances and to final approval by the relevant bank. We do not guarantee approval or any specific rate. Lending decisions rest with the bank.
Fees
Any fees for our services are explained clearly and upfront before you proceed. Exploring your options and an initial assessment carry no obligation to continue.
Third parties
Products are provided by third-party banks and lenders and are subject to their own terms and eligibility criteria. We are not responsible for their products or decisions.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a bank's decision, a bank's product terms, a valuation outcome, or delays outside our control. Governing law
